Steph is talking to a guy who has been let go from his job. He says he can't find anything...that he and his family bounced around from hotel to hotel and finally ended up here. His wife and baby are sitting beside him.

I've heard the missions in the city are full and it is hard in the winter when some more come in for shelter. So sad!  They put them in the halls etc. |

Steph is talking to one of the mothers at the shelter and how the mothers trade off caring for the children. If a mother is having a problem with a child, then another mother will try to help out.
