Jackie asks if " making news on their own is what this proposal is about?" Rick says they don't actually need to get married...it would give people something to talk about. He says that Jackie doesn't need to be rescued...they both need to get rid of their public images.

Steph is telling Brooke she doesn't want to end up in the hospital with tubes and wires sticking out of her. She wants to pass over gracefully! Brooke asks " and what about what your family needs?" Steph tells Brooke she doesn't have a say in this, why can't she see that?
