If anyone checks back I thought I'd write to calm myself down a bit. I called the service place again and had to wait another 45 minutes before they called me back and he said he has 3 more jobs ahead of ours and it could be 3 more hours before he gets here depending on the other jobs. I was burning mad and told him this is BS and that someone could have atleast told me that it wouldn't be in the morning so I could have run errands earlier in the day. The girl this morning said it might be anytime today. They should have been more specific. Thanks for listening to my rant. I'm going to calm down now and try to get back in the Christmas spirit.
Oh, BTW he acted like I was being unreasonable. He's here now and of course the door openers are working. Isn't that always the case. I said he better reprogram them anyway because they don't always work right.
