It's a nice day here today...but tomorrow we are supposed to drop in temps 30 degrees....argh! Ice and snow coming tomorrow. More argh!  |

Intruder, here's a recipe for you. It's yummy!
Raspberry-Dark Chocolate Delights
Serves 15
1/3 cup Hershey's special Dk Chocolate chips.
1 pkg Athens pre-baked mini Fillo shells.
l carton non-fat raspberry greek yogurt
15 fresh respberries
Melt chocolate chips in microwave-stirring every 20 secs until melted. Spoon about 1/2 tsp chocolate in bottom of each Fillo shell, spreading up sides of the shell. Chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Spoon Raspberry Greek Yogurt into the Fillo shells. Top each shell with a raspberry...drizzle melted chocolate onto Raspberry yogurt mixture as a garnish.

Hey soapy we got our first real snow and it is supposed to get worse this wknd We had a 10 inch snow last week in the northern part and they say that is where it should hit this time....don't how much the whole state will get. The wind is supposed to be awful too. They have blizzard watch up for the northern part of the state right now. |
