Hope tells Thomas he knew what people would say after what happened at her graduation party...he put Brooke under the bus.
Steph is saying that Brooke might have encouraged this....she is the adult...( oh this is ridiculous)...Steph says she feels betrayed all over again.

Brooke says it all happened so quick and Dumb Ridge asks if she thought about him...( I'm sure when someone reaches over quickly and bends you over with a kiss, you have time to think about what to do ) Too bad Brooke didn't knee Thomas, wonder what the Forresters would have thought about that??
